Terms of Service

This is a courtesy translation, provided to help you understand the service. Only the Italian version is legally binding: in case of any discrepancy, the Italian text prevails.

Who provides the service

noidue is a service provided by Andrea Riezzo (private seller). Contact: ciao@noidue.love — support: support@noidue.love. We reply within 2 working days.

What noidue is

noidue lets you create a personalised digital page (photos, texts, music, video, counter), accessible through a link and a QR code. By using the service you accept these terms.

Prices and duration

Payment is one-off (no subscription), processed by Stripe:

• Basic (€7.90) and Premium (€14.90): the page stays active for 12 months from purchase.
• Deluxe (€29.00): unlimited access, no expiry.

Before the expiry date we notify you by email at the address provided at purchase: you can renew for another 12 months at the same plan price, or upgrade to Deluxe paying only the difference. If you do not renew, the page is deactivated on expiry and its contents are permanently deleted after 30 days.

Right of withdrawal

The service is digital content delivered immediately after payment. At checkout we ask for your express consent to immediate performance: once the page is activated, pursuant to art. 59(o) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded. If something doesn't work as promised, write to us anyway: we'll find a solution.

Your content and your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you upload and you confirm you have the right to use the photos, videos, audio and texts you add (including the consent of recognisable people). Illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights, will be removed; in serious cases the page may be deactivated without refund.

The first time you upload a file we ask you to confirm these two things — that you hold the rights to the files and the consent of recognisable people — and we record your confirmation. The same applies to friends who receive an invite link to gift you a memory.

Access to the page

The page is not indexed by search engines, but it is accessible to anyone who has the link or the QR code: share them only with the people you choose. The manage link is personal: whoever holds it can edit the page. If you lose it you can recover it at noidue.love/en/recover.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the service continuously available, but we are not liable for technical interruptions not attributable to noidue (e.g. failures of infrastructure providers). We recommend keeping a copy of the original files you upload.

Deletion

You can request the deletion of your page at any time from your manage link or from the deletion request page.
