Privacy Notice

This is a courtesy translation, provided to help you understand how we handle your data. Only the Italian version is legally binding: in case of any discrepancy, the Italian text prevails.

Data controller

The data controller is Andrea Riezzo. For any request about your data, write to privacy@noidue.love.

What data we process

• Page content: names, dates, dedications, photos, videos, voice messages, PDFs and songs you choose to upload. This is the data YOU decide to add: publish only what the people involved have agreed to share.
• Buyer's email: required at purchase, used only for transactional emails (confirmation, manage link, recovery, expiry notices). No newsletters, no sharing with third parties for marketing.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details; we only receive the outcome and the amount of the payment.
• Technical data: security logs (e.g. link recovery requests) and aggregate visit statistics.

Where your data is stored

Data is processed through these providers (data processors):

• Supabase — database and storage of photos/videos/audio, on servers in the European Union.
• Cloudflare — application hosting and content delivery network.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (EU region).

Some providers may also process data outside the EU, under the standard contractual clauses provided for by the GDPR.

Legal basis

Performance of the purchase contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legitimate interest in the security of the service (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

For how long

• Active pages: for the whole duration of the plan (12 months for Basic and Premium; no expiry for Deluxe).
• Expired pages: deactivated on expiry; contents permanently deleted after 30 days.
• Drafts never published: deleted after 90 days of inactivity.
• Order data: kept to comply with tax obligations.

Who can see your page

The page is not indexed by search engines, but it is accessible to anyone who has the link or the QR code. Treat it like a photo you would share in a chat: private as long as the link stays with the right people.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, portability or deletion of your data at any time: from your manage link, from the deletion request page, or by writing to privacy@noidue.love. We reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian data protection authority).
